Warehouse Management
- Warehouses are utilized to meet each client's needs; each are insured and secured to project requirements
- A Warehouse Management System is used for inventory control and management
- Full communication and pick lists for installer and GC on site
- Warehouses are utilized in proximity to the project keeping costs and budget in mind
- HD Logistics LLC will negotiate the warehouse contract for the client, including transportation fees to site, in and out fees, and monthly storage rates

Installation Management
- HD Logistics negotiates the installation contract with the installation crews
- Per key rates are negotiated for the installation, including all FF&E purchased items; The schedule and coordination of goods to site is taken into account during this process
